Marinated Red Peppers Filled with Brie |

Small marinated sweet peppers (we get them bulk at the local market) |

Brie, or other creamy cheese, cut into small chunks |

Fill the sweet marinated peppers with half a spoon of Camembert each. |

Bake in toaster oven for 3 minutes. |

Serve immediately. |
