Marinated Red Peppers Filled with Brie

Preparation Time: 2 minutes
Cooking Time: 3 minutes
2 Small marinated sweet peppers (we get them bulk at the local market)
1 Tbs. Brie, or other creamy cheese, cut into small chunks
Preparation
Fill the sweet marinated peppers with half a spoon of Camembert each.
Bake in toaster oven for 3 minutes.
Serve immediately.

Super fast antipasto, or pleasant snack.
Wine and Beverage Pairing
Prosecco, if served as hors d'oeuvres. Excellent also with diverse drinks as chilled beer, Thai ice tea, or Indian chai.
