Brigit's Avocado and Cold Stewed Vegetable Antipasto

Ingredients (serves 2)
Leftover Organic Herbs Vegetable Stew
2 Pimiento stuffed green mammoth olives, sliced in half'
1/2 Large roasted bell peppers marinated in water, salt, garlic, acetic acid and parsley (imported from Bulgaria by Alidoro), or other canned roasted peppers.
1/2 Avocado
1/2 Lemon or lime
Leaves of cilantro to garnish
Extra virgin olicve oil (EVOO)
Spike Original Magic and pepper to taste
Preparation
Arrange all ingredients on a serving plate.
Season with EVOO, Spike Original Magic, and pepper to taste and serve.

Comments
Leftovers are highly underrated. In fact, withy a little creativity, one may recycle leftovers combining them with new ingredients to obtain a totally new dish, as Brigit did in this case with vegetables picked from the Organic Herb Vegetable Stew which I made a few days ago.
Sea salt may be used instead of the Spike Original Magic.
