Bruschetta |
| Ingredients (Serves 2) |
| 4 slices |
Whole wheat bread from a loaf |

Fresh ripe tomatoes |

Handful basil, chopped |

Extra virgin olive oil (EVOO) |
| 1 |
clove garlic (to rub on bread slices) |

Sea salt or Spike Original Magic to taste |
| Preparation |

Chop tomatoes and basil, mix together and add a bit of EVOO. |

Slice loaf of whole wheat bread and toast lightly. Do not use pre sliced bread, as it is too soft. |

Lay toasted bread on serving plate and rub each slice with garlic. |

Spoon tomato and basil mixture on garlic rubbed toasted bread. |

Drizzle with EVOO, sprinkle with sea salt to taste and serve immediately. |
