Large Lima Beans with Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese |

| Ingredients (prepare directly in individual serving bowls) |
| 2-3 Tbs. |
Large lima beans |

Parmigiano Reggiano or Grana Padano cheese, shaved. |

Extra virgin olive oil (EVOO) |
| Preparation |

Spoon desired amount of boiled large lima beans, or other favorite beans, in a bowl. |

Shave medium aged Parmigiano Reggiano or Grana Padano cheese on top. |

Microwave for 1 minute, or until cheese starts to melt. |

Drizzle EVOO and serve, letting guests salt to taste. |
