Drunken Figs with Grappa ai Frutti di Bosco Liqueur |

Ripe Figs |

Grappa ai Frutti di Bosco Mangilli liqueur to cover |
| Preparation |

Wash and dry figs thoroughly, cut into bite-sized pieces and place in layers in a glass jar adding Grappa ai Frutti di Bosco liqueur pressing down gently to get rid of air bubbles and pack the figs as tightly as possible. |

Continue until jar is full and figs are completely covered by liqueur. |

Let rest in dark, cool place for at least a week before serving, allowing the figs to absorb flavor from the spirit while releasing flavor into the liqueur. |

Another dessert exclusively intended for grownups. Though not as strong as pure grappa, the Grappa ai Frutti di Bosco (Grappa blended with mixed wild berry juice) liqueur by Distilleria Mangilli still packs 27% alcohol. |
