Two Bean Scrambled Eggs |
| Preparation Time: 4 minutes, provided that beans have boiled/steamed in advance, or are canned. |
| Cooking Time: 5 minutes |
| Ingredients (Per Person) |

Egg |
2 Tbs. |
Boiled beans |
1 Tbs. |
Steamed green beans |

Sea salt and pepper to taste |
| Preparation |

Sauté beans in teflon frying pan for about 3 minutes on medium-high heat. |
• |
Add scrambled egg mixture and fry to taste. |
• |
Place scrambled eggs on serving plate, add salt and pepper to taste. |
