Balsamic Red and Wild Rice |
| Preparation Time: 5 minutes, plus 10 minutes rest before serving. |

| Ingredients (Serves 2) |
| 1/4 cup |
Whole red Chinese rice |
| 1 Tbs. |
Wild rice |
| 1 Tbs. |
Raw pumpkin seeds |
| 1 Tbs. |
Balsamic vinegar from Modena |
| Preparation |

In a bowl combine two types of thoroughly washed rice and pumpkin seeds. |

Cover with water plus 1/3 of the height of the rice and cook for 30 minutes on medium high heat. |

Add balsamic vinegar and cook for 5 more minutes stirring often. |

Add sea salt to taste, cover with lid and let sit for 10 minutes before serving. |
