Brigit's Bulgur with Raisins

Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients (Serves 4)
1 cup Bulgur
1/4 cup Golden raisins
1 cup Salted water
1 Tsp. Extra virgin olive oil (EVOO)
Sea salt to taste
Preparation
Bring salted water to a boil.
Add raisins and bulgur and bring back to to a boil and cover. Bulgur should be barely covered by.water.
Lower heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
Turn off heat. Allow to settle for a minute or two, then fluff with a fork.
Bulgur with Raisins
Comments
Serve instead of rice.

Depends on what the bulgur is served with.
