Brigit's Bulgur with Raisins |

| Ingredients (Serves 4) |
| 1 cup |
Bulgur |
| 1/4 cup |
Golden raisins |
| 1 cup |
Salted water |
| 1 Tsp. |
Extra virgin olive oil (EVOO) |

Sea salt to taste |
| Preparation |

Bring salted water to a boil. |

Add raisins and bulgur and bring back to to a boil and cover. Bulgur should be barely covered by.water. |

Lower heat and simmer for 5 minutes. |

Turn off heat. Allow to settle for a minute or two, then fluff with a fork. |
