Pear and Bean Salad
Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients (Per Person)
3 Tbs. Beans marinated with anise seeds
1/2 Pear, cut into chunks
2 Tbs. Organic non fat yogurt
1 Tbs. Cilantro pesto
• Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO)
• Sea salt to taste
Preparation
• Mix yogurt and pesto until the mixture is creamy smooth.
  In a bowl mix pear and beans with yogurt cream.
• Add EVOO and sea salt, toss and serve.

• Another fast salad which can double as a tasty snack.
Wine and Beverage Pairing
• With hot tea if I have it mid morning as a late breakfast, otherwise I like to enjoy it with a cold glass of white wine, such as Ansonica or Vermentino from Tuscany
