Pear and Bean Salad |

| 3 Tbs. |
Beans marinated with anise seeds |
| 1/2 |
Pear, cut into chunks |
| 2 Tbs. |
Organic non fat yogurt |
| 1 Tbs. |
Cilantro pesto |

Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO) |

Sea salt to taste |
| Preparation |

Mix yogurt and pesto until the mixture is creamy smooth. |

In a bowl mix pear and beans with yogurt cream. |

Add EVOO and sea salt, toss and serve. |

With hot tea if I have it mid morning as a late breakfast, otherwise I like to enjoy it with a cold glass of white wine, such as Ansonica or Vermentino from Tuscany |
