Raisin Couscous and Bean Salad

Preparation Time: 2 minutes using leftover couscous and boiled beans
Cooking Time: Warm up for 3 minutes in microwave
Ingredients (Serves 2)
5 Tbs. Couscous
4 Tbs. Boiled beans
Sea salt to taste
Extra virgin olive oil (EVOO) to taste
Preparation
In a bowl mix couscous and beans.
Microwave for 3 minutes.
Add EVOO and sea salt to taste.
Raisin Couscous and Bean Salad
Comments
You may drizzle on extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper to taste on top.
