Sliced Avocado Wrapped in Serrano Ham
Preparation Time: 6-7 minutes
Ingredients (Serves 2)
1/2 Avocado, sliced
• Serrano ham, sliced
Preparation
• Wrap avocado slices in thinly sliced Serrano ham and serve.

Comments
• I just substituted the widely used melon slice with buttery avocado slices and it turned out to be good.
Wine and Beverage Pairing
• Prosecco, Vermentino Toscana IGT, Rosato Italiano IGT.
