Brigit's Sautéed Broccoli and Shitake Mushrooms |

| Ingredients (Serves 4) |

Broccoli |
| 1 pound |
Shitake mushrooms |

Extra virgin olive oil (EVOO) to sauté |

Sea salt to taste |

| Preparation |

Wash broccoli thoroughly, separate florets, peel stem and cut into bite sized pieces. |

Wash mushrooms delicately under slow ruinning cold water and slice them. |

Slice onion and sauté in a deep frying pan or wok with EVOO on medium-low heat for about 5 minutes, until golden. |

Raise heat to medium-high, add broccoli and saute for about 5 minutes. |

Add sliced Shitake mushrooms, sea salt to taste and sauté for 10 more minutes, or until cooked to ones' preference. |
