Brigit's Cracked Crab with Lime Butter Dip |

| Ingredients (Serves 2) |

Pre-cooked, pre-cracked crab |
| 4 Tbs. |
Whipped salted butter |

Juice of 1 lime or lemon, freshly squeezed |

Sea salt to taste |

Pinch of paprica. |
| Preparation |

Warm up pre-cracked crab by steaming it briefly in a pressure cooker or large pot. |

Partion 2 Tbs. of butter lime jiuce in individual pyrex or microwave safe cups, melt lime butter mixture in microwave, season with salt to taste, and a pinch of parika. |

Dip the warm crab in the melted lime butter and enjoy. |
