Hot Tuna Bean Salad

Ingredients
7 oz. (97 gr.) Albacore tuna in water
2 Tbs. Sweet pickled relish
2 Tbs. Non fat plain yogurt (Strauss Family Creamery brand, produced in West Marin, California, is organic and excellent)
5 Tbs. Mayo Coba Peruano beans
3 Tbs. Extra virgin olive oil (EVOO)
2 dried chili peppers
Sea salt to taste
Lemon pepper to taste
Preparation
Drain tuna well and brake into small flake inside a bowl.
Add other ingredients and mix well.
Hot Tuna Bean Salad
Comments
Spike Original Magic may be used instead of salt.
Instead of Mayo Coba Peruano you may use your favorite kind of boiled beans.
Wine and Beverage Pairing
Prosecco DOCG Extra Dry, Pinot Grigio DOC Colli Orinetali del Friuli, Vermentino Maremma Toscana IGT, Falanghina Pompeiano Bianco IGT.
