Brigit's Thai Style Wild Salmon |
| Preparation: 10 minutes |
| Cooking Time: 9 minutes |
| Ingredients (Serves 4) |
| 680 gr. (1.5 pound) |
Wild salmon filets |
| 1/4 cup |
Very Very Teriyaki |
| 1/2 Tbs. |
Extra virgin olive oil (EVOO) |

Juice of one lime |

Sea salt to taste |

Large handful of coarsely chopped fresh basil |
| Preparation |

In a baking pan mix Very Very Teriyaki, lime juice and EVOO. |

Press basil onto filets and drizzle with EVOO. |

Let filets marinade for about 45 minutes. |

Pre-heat oven at 400°F. (200°C.). |
| • |
Cook covered for 9 minutes, or until cook to taste. Do not turn over. |
