Brigit's Thai Style Wild Salmon

Preparation: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 9 minutes
Ingredients (Serves 4)
680 gr. (1.5 pound) Wild salmon filets
1/4 cup Very Very Teriyaki
1/2 Tbs. Extra virgin olive oil (EVOO)
Juice of one lime
Sea salt to taste
Large handful of coarsely chopped fresh basil
Preparation
In a baking pan mix Very Very Teriyaki, lime juice and EVOO.
Press basil onto filets and drizzle with EVOO.
Let filets marinade for about 45 minutes.
Pre-heat oven at 400°F. (200°C.).
Cook covered for 9 minutes, or until cook to taste. Do not turn over.
