Two Bean, Tuna and Vegetable Salad

Ingredients (Per Person)
1 serving Tuna and bean salad
1 serving Steamed green beans
Extra virgin olive oil (EVOO)
Sea salt and pepper to taste (advisable to freshly grind)
Preparation
Spoon tuna salad onto plate and add salt to taste.
Arrange steamed green beans on the side.
Season green beans with EVOO, salt and pepper to taste.

Comments
Lemon or lime may be squeezed to taste on both tuna salad and green beans. EVOO, may be flavored with your favorite aromatic herb and balsamic vinegar from Modena may be added to taste as well.
Spike Original Magic may be used instead of salt.
Wine and Beverage Pairing
Prosecco DOCG Extra Dry, Pinot Grigio DOC Colli Orientali del Friuli, Rosato Italiano IGT, Lambrusco di Sorbara DOC Rosà.
