Marinated Beans on Toasted Sliced Sourdough Bread |

Sliced sourdough baguette, or favorite bread. Whole wheat is better for you. |

| Preparation |

If the beans are in a refrigerated jar, take the container out of the fridge about half an hour before serving. |

Toast sliced bread to taste. I do it in a small toaster-oven. |

Add marinated beans on bread while slices are very hot, to emphasize the flavor and aroma of the EVOO which infuse the beans, and serve. |
