Melted Mozzarella with Sesame Seeds on Toasted Bread |

| Ingredients (Serves 2) |

Whole wheat Oroweat sandwich thin. |
| 1 |
Fresh mozzarella |
| 1 Tsp. |
Sesame seeds |
| Preparation |

Toast both slices of whole wheat Oroweat sandwich thin. |

Chop mozzarella and evenly on each slice of bread. |

Heat in toaster oven until melted (2-3 minutes). |

Let cool a couple of minutes and enjoy. |

You may sprinkle a pinch of sea salt or Spike Original Magic on top of mozzarella, either before or after melting. |

Fast and delicious snack, sliced into bite size chunks it may be served as hors d'oeuvre as well. |

If I have it as a late morning snack I enjoy it with yerba mate or tea. As hors d'oeuvre I suggest washing it down with Prosecco, or Rosato Italiano IGT. |
