Grilled Stuffed Tomato |

| Cooking Time: 3 minutes |
| Ingredients (Serves 2) |
| 1 |
Large heirloom tomato |
| 2 Tbs. |
Marinated beans with fennel seeds |

Scamorza (smoked mozzarella) cheese to taste, cut into pieces |

Sea salt and ground pepper to taste |
| Preparation |

Slice in half, then carveout hollows in large heirloom tomato, being careful to keep the interior as whole as possible, discard seeds and set aside. |

Spoon marinated beans with fennel seeds into hollowed tomato and add a pinch of sea salt. |
| • |
Top beans with scamorza cut into pieces. |
| • |
Slice tomato interior, put on top of cheese and season with sea salt and pepper ground to taste at the moment. |

In a non-stick frying pan grill half tomato bottom first for 1 to 2 minute then turn over and grill lightly. |

Transfer grilled tomato halves top size up and serve. |

Instead of Marinated beans with fennel seeds you may use your favorite flavored marinated beans or plain boiled beans. |

Instead of sea salt you may season with Spike Original Magic. |
