Tortilla with Blue Cheese, Marinated Beans and Cauliflower Purée |

Tortilla (6 inches, or 15 centimeters in diameter) |

Bleu cheese |
| 1 Tbs. |
Beans marinated with basil |

Cauliflower purée |

Sea salt to taste |
| Preparation |

Spread a spoonful of blue cheese across the middle of a tortilla and microwave for 1 minute. |

Add a spoonful of beans marinated with basil taken out the refrigerator at least 1 hour before serving. |

Top with one spoonful of cauliflower purée. |

Add sea salt to taste, wrap and enjoy. |
