Liquor and Liqueurs
(More liquor and liqueur recipes)

Personally I am not a spirit or liquor drinker, though I enjoy from time to time a lower proof liqueur, such as limoncello, made with lemons or my favorite, nocino, made with green walnuts traditionally picked on St. John's night.

In any case, as for food I like to experiment combining distilled spirits such as grappa, adding herbs and fruits which tame it down and add nutrients and characteristics to it. If you like to experiment, you may use the recipe below switching grappa for your favorite distilled spirit, like plain vodka or gin.
