Cauliflower and Green Tomato Stir Fry |

| Ingredients (Serves 6) |

Onion roughly chopped |

Cauliflower cut into florets, stem peeled and chopped |

Stick cinnamon |

Green tomatoes cut in four |
| 1 Tsps. |
Caraway seeds |
| 1 Tsp. |
Dried lemon mint |
| 1 Tbs. |
Extra virgin olive oil (EVOO) |

Sea salt and pepper grind at the moment to taste |
| Preparation |

Sauté red onion in EVOO on medium heat until translucent, being careful not to let it brown. |

Add all other ingredients, bring heat to high and cook for 10 minutes, stirring every so often. |
